What to Wear Wednesdays: Velvet and Vintage
9:00:00 AMWhat to Wear Wednesday
This Wednesday's post is a little special to me this week because I got a chance to feature a fellow momprenuer and local business "Another Man's Treasure vintage shop 195 Montgomery street, Jersey City, NJ. I went in there last week and saw this bedazzled sparkly 1980's black knit sweater that pairs nicely with so many items in my wardrobe, particularly this wine colored smooth velvet pencil skirt, new at Myrtle&Flossie for the Winter season http://www.myrtleandflossie.com/skirts. As I stated many times before in prior post, it is definitely possible to maintain fashion and warmth. The perfect combination of mixing vintage with contemporary easy fashion for a holiday inspired look, upscale casual, grown and sexy, whatever the occasion, both are great staples to have in closet for winter essentials. As seen in photo, M&F's velvet stretch pencil skirts pair nicely with sweaters, sweatshirts, body suits, T-shirts, denim button down and more. Whether you are going casual or sophisticated, you can't go wrong, slip on and out the door you go! Simple style and Easy Fashion at its best.
